  6. Strain it into another bowl. Than pour it into the bottle or glass jar.
  7. Ghee is ready you can store it for a year.

Ghee is a pure fat and is rich in healthy fatty acids. Ghee, also referred to as clarified butter, is a good alternative to cooking oil and is often used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes. Ghee is solid at room temperature but can easily be melted if necessary. It also has a higher smoke point. I make homemade ghee from good butter every few weeks.
