- In a pan heat ghee. Put besan in it and roast until colour changes.
- In mixture jar take ghee residue and lukewarm milk. Grind it in a smooth paste.
- When besan gets aromat put ghee residue mixture in it and stir it constantly so that mixture not burns.
- After putting ghee residue mixture, besan gets little creamy. Roast it in medium flame until you get crumbled mixture. In this stage besan gets deep golden colour. And your kitchen will be filled with aroma indicating the flour is well roasted. Turn off the gas.
- Place the pan immediately on platform. Keep aside for cool down completely.
- When besan cool down completely add sugar boora, cardamom powder, black pepper powder and roasted pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
